By understanding your target audience, conducting market research, analyzing your competition, and creating customized content and messaging for your campaign.
We start by knowing your main goal, whether the sale of a product or filling out a contact form. We’ll then calculate the right target: cost per lead, cost per acquisition, or return on spend. By implementing tracking tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics, we can measure when such goals are reached and optimize toward your target. For example, suppose your goal is getting new customers for your dog grooming business. In that case, we can set a maximum cost per contact and ensure we get new leads at or below that number.
We charge a flat monthly fee starting at $1,000 to run and optimize your marketing campaign. The cost is independent of your monthly campaign budget, so you can spend as much as you want on marketing without worrying about fees increasing.
There’s a new client’s one-time setup fee between $500 and $1,000, depending on their business needs. The one-time fee covers your marketing campaign's initial research, planning, and creation. You can pay the setup fee using our buy now / pay later option.
Yes. You must cover any advertising expenses. The advertising expense is your monthly budget used in Facebook/Instagram.
It depends on what platform you want to advertise, your business, and your audience. We recommend at least $2,000 per month for a local campaign for the best results.
We believe in transparency and accountability, providing regular online reports (every two weeks depending on your budget) detailing your campaign performance. We’re available over email and text messages for any questions. We can also schedule a call to review results and explore ways to improve your campaigns.
We have more than 15 years of digital marketing experience, working with companies big and small, for-profit and non-profit, in multiple industries, like retail (Williams Sonoma & Archival Decor), fitness (Basic Training Outdoor Bootcamp), finance (Experian), legal services (LegalZoom), and technology (SanDisk). We also deeply understand marketing platforms like Google and Facebook and use innovative new tools like Webflow, Shopify, and Google Analytics 4 to help our clients succeed.
It depends on the project. A typical project requires a learning period of about four weeks while we gather enough data to develop a complete strategy. Once launched, we’ll constantly optimize your campaigns for the best results. We expect to improve performance as the campaigns and our relationship mature.
We start with a call to get to know your product or service and your goals. This will help us identify and understand your target audience and the best next steps.
Once we agree on goals and targets, we’ll work closely with you to ensure the marketing campaign or website reflects your brand and offering.
We're your partner and are dedicated to your success. To achieve this, we ask that you provide as much info as possible so that we can deeply understand your offering and portray your brand and mission in the best way.
We’ll ask you to provide access to your digital assets, like images and platform accounts. We might also require you to install tracking tools on your website to know when a sale or form lead was completed.
We welcome your feedback at any step in the process so we can continue to improve your project and establish a strong partnership.

How Can Paid Social Help You
Paid social media advertising is a powerful tool for small businesses to reach and engage with their target audience, drive traffic and sales, and build their brand, all with measurable results and budget control. At Bartolo, we leverage paid social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram to help your business reach new heights.
Paid social media advertising operates on a pay-per-click model, meaning you only pay when someone clicks on your ad. This makes it a more measurable and controllable marketing channel than traditional advertising methods.
